Below are the latest ViPC Dashboard QuarterMasters.
If the QuarterMaster Excel report you are using has displayed an update message, please click the appropriate download button shown below to update the report.
Important: All ViPC QuarterMasters are licenced applications and will only work if your practice has a valid licence to use the specific report. Please feel free to contact us to request a licence.
Optum (EMIS Web) QuarterMaster Reports
Quartermaster Dashboard - Download Instructions
You must create a folder called QuarterMaster on your G: or S: drive (whichever is available on your system):
1. Download
• Click the Download button below.
• Wait for your browser to complete the download.
2. Open the File
• When prompted, select
Open
or
Run
to extract the files (the exact option will depend on your browser).
New Installation
3. Installation Path (Required)
The default installation path is set to: O: \ ViPC please remember to change this to
G:\QuarterMaster
or
S:\QuarterMaster
• All files must be saved into this folder for QuarterMaster to run correctly.
• Use the
Browse... button during installation to select this folder.
Updating an Existing Installation
4. Select Existing Folder
• Click the Browse... button.
• Choose the same QuarterMaster folder on your G: or S: drive where the Dashboard is already installed.
• This will replace the existing version.
5. Final Step
• Click the UNZIP button to complete the process.
Download and install the complete dashboard, which includes all the ViPC QuarterMaster Excel files listed below.

Please close any open Excel reports before initiating a download!
All these reports require a search to be run within the Optum clinical system and an exported CSV report file produced. The QuarterMaster will then prompt you for the exported CSV file. If the clinical system search needs to be updated use the .xml file download option below.
Specialist Excel Reports
Below are the individual specialist Microsoft Excel reports that make up all the reports in the Quartermaster Dashboard.
Tip: The majority of these reports provide a ViPC tab in the top Microsoft Excel ribbon that include additional tasks, such as creating a list of NHS numbers, so that the patients can be imported back into the clinical system for mail merge purposes or other tasks.
Click Download button > Once download has completed > Click Open or Run and follow instructions...
Routine Child Immunisations

This will produce a detailed immunisation report on all children aged 10 years and younger.
Showing given and outstanding immunisations and stages.
Diabetes Management

Displays tests, exams, lifestyle, risk factors, co-morbidities, and additional data columns of information to highlight areas in the management of diabetes.
GMS Activity Report

Shows General Medical Services activity including areas such as Appointments, Consultations, Encounters, MED3, Medication, Online Medication, Referrals, Letters, SMS, Pathology, Smoking
MoB LTC Management
Version: 1.0.0 | Updated: 10/03/2025
Choose which long term conditions you would like to review, and use the interactive tools to define patients by month of birth.
This reports shows the last review, invite, exception and some clinical data for certain LTC's.
There is also a quick method to create a mail merge document for use with external organisations such as docmailer.
MoB LTC & Medication Reviews

Provides a drug lookup table that may be customised to define what tests, health indices, reviews should be carried out against each drug(s) a patient is on. It consolidates all the data where patients are on multiple drugs to provide a single reference for the HCP to carry out.
This report can also be defined by month of birth and/or clinical condition(s)
Repeat Medication Analysis

Displays a comprehensive data analysis report on all repeat medication across the whole practice.
Including last medication review and next set diary date.
Seasonal Influenza Report

This report will provide statistical details of the yearly Seasonal Influenza vaccinations.
Including vaccines given in and out of practice, clinical judgement, PSD, alllergies and declined vaccines.
Weight Management Report

The objective of this report is to shows all patients aged over 17 years that have or had (in last 10 years) a BMI reading outside the normal range of >=30 or <=18.5.
A trend graph of the last 10 readings shows loss or gain over the period up to the last reading.
Other relevant clinical data is also provided showing the latest information/values, including interactive tables and charts for a visual representation of the weight management data.
Frailty Classification Report

To help to identify patients aged 65 years and over at risk of being frail, by degree, using an evidence-based tool, supplemented by clinical judgement.
This report uses Rockwood (CFS) and eFI Scores, and shows latest Frailty Classification and those that need to be classified.
Includes comorbidities, fragility fracture and last frailty assessment.
Palliative Care Management Report

The objective of this report is to show patients on the palliative care register and provide useful information around end of life care and management.
